It takes time for the people around us to adjust to our transformation.
Amelie and I worked through some stuff in a clearer and more beneficial way, today.
I’m now able to not get triggered like I used to, see the situation as it is and I’m not making and issues worse with my ego/unhelpful patterns getting in the way.
