What is anxiety and stress?
Anxiety is reported to affect 1:6 people in the UK *. It can cause gut disorders, excessive worry, flashbacks, phobias and even post-traumatic stress; to name but a few. Often it’s started by an unpleasant incident or a series of incidences over time but sometimes the cause cannot be found. During our session we will not need to go into great detail about these times, this therapy concentrate on the future not the past.
Anxiety and stress are natural responses to keep us on alert for danger (fight, flight or freeze response) and some level of stress makes us productive. Often this response becomes over sensitive, causing excessive worry, anxiety and stress to non-life-threatening triggers. Anxiety can affect relationships, work, travel, sleep and hold you back from your potential.

My own experience
Since having hypnotherapy my traumas have been cleared, my busy mind calmed. I have regained focus, improved my relationships with others and soothed my anxiety.
I feel rebuilt from the ground up, stronger and surer of myself. Over time these benefits have increased and I still feel the ripple effects of this treatment.
